Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing through our official communication channels.
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable. This will be disclosed before payment is made.
• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or political events.

Changes to Bookings

• Changes must be requested at least 15 days before departure.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries if necessary, including changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
• Additional charges may apply for changes to itineraries, dates, or traveler details.

Travel Documents

• Passengers must have a valid passport and required visas.
• Venture Destinations is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

Changes to Itinerary

• Venture Destinations reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of modifications, we will offer alternative arrangements or a partial refund if applicable.

Liability

• Venture Destinations is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
• We are not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
